New Twitter account springs up to mock Trump’s Britain First incident
A new Twitter account has popped up in the wake of Donald Trump retweeting propaganda from Britain First.
Yesterday, the US President shared unverified anti-Muslim content originally posted by Britain First deputy leader Jayda Fransen with his 43.6 million followers.

One of the videos appeared to show a boy being thrown to his death and another – which the Britain First leader claims showed a Muslim migrant beating up a teen relying on crutches – was revealed to be fake news. The attacker was neither Muslim or a migrant.
A day after Trump’s controversial Twitter antics, a parody account has sprung up to show just how ludicrous and far-fetched the content posted by far-right groups such as Britain First can be.
@British_First has shared a gif of a ‘Muslim-trained pigeon’, who clearly wants nothing more than to eat chips off the floor to kill all Westerners, so hurls a man onto a train track.
Another clip shows a ‘dog owned by illegal immigrants’ chucking a man into the sea.
Finally, an evil road sign ‘booby-trapped by Muslims’ knocks out a patriot. Probably while wearing a hijab.
Trump’s tweets were widely condemned and many MPs have been calling on Theresa May, who finally condemned the US leader, to cancel his state visit. Some have even called for his arrest.
While Brendan Cox, the husband of Labour’s Jo Cox MP who was murdered by a far-right terrorist, warned that Trump’s public sharing of hate messages has very real consequences.

‘Britain First seeks to divide communities through their use of hateful narratives which peddle lies and stoke tensions,’ the Prime Minister’s official spokesman said.
‘They cause anxiety to law-abiding people.
‘British people overwhelmingly reject the prejudiced rhetoric of the far-right which is the antithesis of the values that this country represents, decency, tolerance and respect.
‘It is wrong for the president to have done this.’
Number 10’s rebuke provoked Trump to lash out in a late-night tweet.
