Chelsea clear to sign Lucas Moura in January as he’s told to leave PSG

Chelsea have been handed a major boost in their pursuit of Paris Saint-Germain winger Lucas Moura, according to reports in France.
Lucas, 25, has only made five appearances in Ligue 1 this term and is struggling for opportunities in the French capital following the high-profile summer arrivals of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe.

Arsenal have been monitoring Lucas in recent seasons but the Gunners’ London rivals have stepped up their interest in the £27million star.
It’s understood Chelsea are keen on signing Lucas in the January transfer window as a potential replacement for Willian, with Antonio Conte ready to let the Brazilian leave.
RMC Sport suggest PSG’s board have formally informed Lucas’ representatives that he must find a new club in the winter.

Asked about the recent transfer rumours, Lucas told UOL Esporte last month: ‘Now I eat by following rules.
‘I don’t eat pizzas and barbecue food anymore, despite how much I miss them.
